This Christian stained
glass window is based on the Eucharistic prayer where we join with all the
angels and saints in their eternal heavenly praise of God. In the Eucharistic prayer II we pray
ÒÉAnd so we join with the angels and the saints in proclaiming your glory as we
say: Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might. Heaven and earth are filled
with your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is he who comes in the name of
the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. In this window we see an angel looking up,
with his arms extended in praise and singing the eternal praise of the Holy
Trinity. It is in this special prayer of praise during the Eucharistic prayer
that we become one with all the angels and saints in heaven in singing praise
to God.
